How long does it take for transaction to complete?

Usually it takes about 5-10 minutes for the cryptocurrency to be on the user's balance. But there are exceptions due to network congestion, etc.

On our side all the transaction procedures usually take 1-4 minutes.

It can be said that everything depends on how long the fiat currency transfer will take.

Where can I see the list of supported pairs?

When do we receive a webhook call?

You receive a webhook call when your order changes status. Keep in mind that you don't receive a webhook call after an initial order creation.

Do I need different credentials for different currency pairs?

No, you should use this API with your single set of credentials (public_key, private_key)

Are there any limitations for webhook url?

No, there are not

Who pays for invoice: we or the customer?

If it's a fiat - customer puts his credit card information and we charge him. If it's cryptocurrency - customer has to authorize you sending his cryptocurrency to our crypto-address
