* We also check crypto for cleanliness. Therefore, if after the cryptocurrency comes to us, we see that it is unclean, then we will return the crypto to the sender, and the order will get Failed status;
** We also have a time limit - if crypto enters us after the specified time (after 15 minutes), then the funds will freeze on our side - we will accept them, but since the order has already acquired the Expired status, then their return will occur by contacting the support.
*** Until the funds are received and exchanged and withdrawn, the order will remain in Processing status.
**** We do deferred settlement of the funds received. That means that your funds will be deposited somewhere on the account in our system and you can use them later whenever you want.
Note: Only for payments that will be done using TRC20/ERC20 Networks:
* If we receive crypto, but it is less than the amount specified in the invoice, then we will return the funds, and the order will get Failed status.
** If we receive crypto that is less than the minimum amount our service has a limit on, then the funds will not be returned as this payment will not be processed and the funds will be permanently frozen by us.
*** If we receive crypto more the required amount specified in the invoice, then we will process the required amount by invoice, and the rest will be left until the users contact support.
